One of my roommates in New York drove me to stay at her father’s timeshare in Newport, Rhode Island for a long weekend. The small town is fun and the mansions are gorgeous, with The Breakers being the most famous. The location along the Atlantic Ocean is incredible. It is known as The Ocean State because its harbors are suitable for large ships.
